Technology Adoption & Integration
So you’ve adopted a new technology — now what?
We help you to ensure an increase in both efficiency and productivity — on the ranch and in your pocketbook.
We help you:
Set up and configure grazing apps, virtual fencing, and various monitoring platforms
Align technology with your stocking rate, pasture layout, and rotation plan
Improve forage utilization and labor efficiency
Gather and interpret meaningful data that supports more informed decision-making
Troubleshoot issues and adjust accordingly
The goal is simple: make sure the tools you invest in increase both productivity and efficiency.
For producers who want a deeper level of involvement, we also offer ongoing technology management. In these partnerships, we continuously monitor your tech systems, review your data, make management adjustments, and provide regular recommendations to on-site staff — essentially managing the ranch tech so it continues to support your operation. You manage the livestock and the land, we manage the systems behind it.
Market Analysis & Risk Management
Agricultural markets are constantly changing, and understanding how those changes affect an operation is an important part of sound management.
Mesa works with producers to evaluate market conditions, understand and manage risk, and consider marketing decisions within the broader context of their operation. Our team brings practical perspective to decisions surrounding:
Cattle and grain marketing
Risk management strategies
Budgets and cost of production
Market conditions and opportunities
Operational and financial decision-making
The focus is simple: helping producers better understand their options and make informed decisions that fit their operation, resources, and goals.
“Supporting agricultural producers should be at the core of everything we do – when producers succeed, we all stand to reap the benefits.”
Managing Partner, Megan Terry
“There’s something to be said about a group of folks who care as much about the next generation’s inheritance as they do about making a dollar.”
